No one warns you when you buy your first stamp, pack of card stock and ink pad that you are entering the realms of an addiction that will take over your life and your home. Resistance is futile and so here we are.
The challenge I have set myself is a post a week on average over the course of 2017. Starting a little early, Christmas is a great time for crafting in my house. From the summer I generally aim to make for my nearest a dearest at least one present each, beaded baubles and card sets usually.
Well four beaded baubles later, (minus one for a birthday) I’m in the last few days before Christmas, with packaging still to make and three presents short. With no hope of completing three more baubles, it’s card sets and packaging, full steam ahead.
Videos, will come later (I hope) but for now, just a few photographs of this years Christmas makes.
I will add product lists and card recipes later.
The beaded baubles are all kits from Spellbound Bead, I’ve been making these kits for years for various family members. I am wishing now however I’d been a little more organised and kept a list of the kits that I’ve completed over the years. I find myself checking out Christmas trees each year and trying to identify who has what.
The packaging for the baubles has been really easy this year, hexagonal boxes made using a couple of We R Memory Keepers punch boards, Stampin up cardstock and paper stacks. and tissue paper from a high street stationers.
