I have loved the way everything co-ordinates within the Stampin’ Up range for more years than I care to remember. The punches and sentiments are perfectly sized for each other, the pens, ink pads and card stock all match and lets not forget the papers, simply gorgeous strokable and oh so difficult to use especially if they have retired and it’s your last piece.
I have ummed and I have ahhhhd, I have opened a small craft company traveled the country for six years, closed my craft company, gone back to the bank, and finally I’ve made the leap and joined Stampin’ Up as an independent demonstrator.
A small confession here, I’ve not really thought this through just yet, it’s a time of growth and experimentation. All I do know is that I love to mess at my desk with paper, ink, card stock and patterned papers with you tube on one screen and pinterest on the other and play, all day if I can. The dust doesn’t need me to supervise its distribution schedule, I can’t see it unless I’m wearing the right pair of glasses and messing with paper and ink is an addiction I have to indulge daily. It soothes the soul, removes the stresses of everyday life and allows my dreams to take shape and fly. The added benefit is that I’m definitely wearing the wrong pair of glasses whilst I’m crafting so the dust doesn’t exist.
I’m doing this for fun and pleasure, I love teaching and demonstrating, sharing ideas, hints, tips and tricks.
